Constitution of Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for considering complaints of sexual harassment of women employees at CSIR-CSMCRI
In accordance with the Section 04 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Director, CSIR-CSMCRI has been pleased to reconstitute the Internal Complaints Committee for redressal of complaints regarding any sexual harassment at workplace made by a woman working in the Institute.

The committee shall function in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned act. The Chairperson and members shall hold office for the period of three years, from December 2020 to December 2023.
Complaint Procedure:
Complaint regarding Sexual Harassment against women can be made either in paper form or by sending e-mail to smaiti@csmcri.res.in. The Act stipulates that aggrieved woman can make written complaint of sexual harassment at workplace to the ICC.
